R1-R4 (INNOVATIVE RESULTS). Four results are proposed to be developed during the project implementation and are targeting HE students, professors and mentors. All the partners will get involved in their development according to their expertise and coordination has been distributed in a balanced manner among the partners. R1 is intended to be a Critical assessment of the teaching and learning practices in Green Biotech Education, to be coordinated by UVP and delivered the M6; will be support for the development of R2 and for the training materials. R2 envisages the development of a course syllabus in “Biotech Green Entrepreneurship " to be taught by blended-learning tools to Master and PhD students in Life Sciences/Biotech & Business; will be leaded by UASVMB and expected to be delivered in M16; will be tested in C2 and piloted virtually in R4. R3 is going to be a guide for the mentors involved in the biotech green entrepreneurial mentorship programs delivered for Life Sciences/Biotech &Business students; will be leaded by UniPG and will rely very munch on the C1 job-shadowing in which professors/trainers/tutors will meet the mentors; it is expected to be delivered also in M16. R4 is a Portal of Biotech Green Entrepreneurial Ecosystem to be developed by RAU and populated by the other partners; is a key result for the biotech green networking and entrepreneurial ecosystem development; the final version it is expected to be delivered in M21, to be tested immediately in the Summer School.

A1 - A3 (TRANSVERSAL/CONTINUOUS ACTIVITIES): Project Management, Quality assurance (Monitoring and Evaluation) and Visibility & Dissemination.
(A1) Project Management. PM will take into account Time Management, Resources Management, Financial Management. The consortium will set up a Management Board coordinated by the Applicant through the Project Manager. The coordination plan and decisional process and plan will be described further in the allocated section. The driving documents used in the project management will be the signed Grant Agreement, seconded by the Partners Agreement.
(A2) Visibility and Dissemination. This continuous activity will be details in the allocated section (results to be disseminated, potential recipients, tools to be employed). In charge with the coordination will be the CBM, by a nominated expert, seconded from each partner by a local responsible.
(A3) Quality Assurance (Monitoring and Evaluation) will be coordinated by the CBM and each partner will nominate a responsible. Details were provided in the sections’above.

M1-M4 (TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS) will be four during 24 months of implementation; will target 3 persons from each partner. Details are described in the dedicated section, referring to the location and agendas. In charge for the whole organization of a meeting will be the host organization.

C1- C3 (TRAINING ACTIVITIES). Three training activities are schedule which will target: (1) A job shadowing activity (M11) for professors/trainers/tutors (30) with biotech green mentors (2) A professors training (M17) in the topic of Biotech Green Entrepreneurship (25 participants); (3) A students Summer School (M23) in Biotech Green Entrepreneurship (25 students) to work in multicultural/international teams on green entrepreneurship and green behaviour/practices and to get in touch with green mentors.
